All Cobra Products and Accessories purchased factory direct are backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not absolutely delighted with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund.

If you feel that your purchase just isn't right for you, please fill out the form below to determine whether your item is eligible for a refund and initiate the return process. We will get back to you with return instructions as soon as possible. Refunds are typically issued 1-2 weeks from receipt.

Please note that return requests submitted outside of the 30-day guarantee period will not be honored.

**Please be sure to obtain a return authorization number before shipping your product back and clearly write it on the outside of the box. Failure to do so may result in your package being refused or cause delays in processing your refund.

If you need to exchange a product, please return the item (instructions above) for a refund and make a new purchase for the item that you need.  This will afford you the fastest service.


Important notes:

Cobra does not refund shipping charges (for initial shipments or returns).

We are not responsible for lost packages. We recommend using a shipping service such as UPS, Federal Express, or the United States postal service that offers insurance and tracking on shipments.

Cobra does not accept returns of products purchased from other retailers or online sites.

Marketplaces and Retail Outlets Returns

All returns for merchandise purchased via retail outlets (in-store or online), or an online marketplaces including Amazon, eBay and Walmart must be returned to the retailer(seller)/marketplace in accordance with their policies, typically found on their website. These returns can usually be facilitated online via your order/account or by returning the merchandise to the store. Only orders placed directly at, or by calling our 800 number are eligible for return to our facility. To request a return for, please click Open Return Form below.  Any returned merchandise that does not meet this criterion will be returned to sender.
