Software Subscriptions

To order a Defender Subscription:

1. Add the subscription of your choice to the cart and check out.
2. Within 15-20 minutes you will receive an activation code via email. (This is separate from your order confirmation e-mail). You can also locate the code in your account. 
3. Activate that code to your detector’s serial number using the activation link included in the e-mail.
4. Wait 30 minutes for the activation to complete, at which point you can begin updating your detector.

The following models will no longer be able to purchase renewals for Defender Database as of August 1st, 2026.
